Amazing movie. I just watched a crazy one called "Sweet Crude" about the situation regarding government/oil company exploitation of people in the Niger Delta. Highly recommended. Apparently to thrown a real punch, you twist your hand inwards while in motion. Now my punches apparently actually sting. The boy regrets teaching me that one. <strong>I will take this information and use it henceforth. Both the recommended video & the punch technique. And I thank you.
